Kat grew up in Poestenkill, New York, and graduated from Averill Park High School. She continued her education at Saint Anselm College, where she earned her bachelor's degree while competing as a member of the college softball team. She later attended HVCC, earning an associate’s degree and playing on the women's basketball team. Kat went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Russell Sage College, where she completed clinical rotations in both outpatient orthopedic and acute care settings. Outside of the clinic, Kat enjoys trying new coffee shops and spending time with her dogs.
