Originally from North Carolina, Nina earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science  from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nina went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Russell Sage College in Troy, New York, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. She is also a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), a designation that reflects advanced expertise in orthopedic physical therapy.

Nina’s clinical interests lie in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, with a focus on helping  individuals recover from injury or surgery and returning to peak performance. Nina also has the privilege of traveling several times a year with the Olympic community as a member of the medical support team, providing care for elite athletes on the world stage.

Outside the clinic, Nina enjoys surfing, hiking with her family and their dog Cody, and spending quality time with friends. Whether on the coast or the trails, Nina values staying active and connected to the outdoors.
