Sarah grew up locally and completed the majority of her schooling in Albany, with the exception of 1 year at Mount Saint Mary College and a semester in Rome, Italy. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2018 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021 from the Sage Colleges. She went on to graduate from an Orthopedic Residency through Evidence in Motion in 2022.

Her clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedics across a wide range of ages, equine assisted therapy, clinical education, and clinical mentorship of orthopedic residents. Her clinical interests include orthopedic injuries, geriatrics, optimizing equestrian athletes performance, and chronic pain management following trauma.

Sarah enjoys spending her free time competing in endurance horseback riding, hiking, camping, kayaking, and playing with her corgi, Meeko.
